Private equity firm Goldenpeak has successfully closed its debut fund at £375 million, achieving a remarkable fundraising milestone in just over 12 weeks. Co-founded by Mark Williams, formerly of Inflexion, and Leon Gillespie, a former Houlihan Lokey banker, Goldenpeak Fund I will target investments between £25 million to £75 million in companies generating EBITDA of £3 million to £15 million.
